CC Technics is an independent controls engineering and installation company.

CC Technics specializes in engineering and installation of the best products from JCI and Tridium, utilizing the latest generation of the field equipment controllers line (FEC) featuring BACnet communications protocol at the field bus level coupled with the extensive software, graphics and integration rich capabilities of the Tridium Web Based front end.

We are experts in legacy JCI N2 systems and the latest generation (NAE) systems.

We also have extensive experience in LON systems with both Metasys and Tridium integration.

CC Technics is a licensed and bonded general contractor in Washington State, allowing us to sub-contract any specific discipline required to perform any type of project.

Who We Are

Patrick Collins

Operations Director

Pat has over 25 years in systems and controls with expertise in PLC, HMI, Ethernet, CCTV, IP Video, Access Control systems and distributive control networks. Pat has formal training in electrical and electronics, gained during his time served in the United States Air Force.

Throughout his career Pat has held the positions of Operations Manager for a notable Access Control and Security company located in Lynnwood; Application Engineer, Project Manager and Team Manager during his career with Johnson Controls executing major construction projects throughout the Puget Sound Area.

Jon Carlson

Engineering Director

Jon has over 15 years in systems and controls with expertise in DDC, HMI, Ethernet, Mechanical Engineering, and distributive control networks. Jon graduated from WSU with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1992.

Jon is a registered PE with Washington State. Jon has vast DDC experience, gained while employed as a Project Manager and Project Engineer with Johnson Controls for more than 12 years.

Jon also has experience in mechanical engineering design and as a commissioning agent while employed for Engineering Economics, Inc. in 1995 and 1996.

News

1st QTR ‘09 – State Capital CCT is currently working with McKinstry Essention of Seattle supporting several construction installation projects at the Washington State Capital. “Based on our experience with this project, we look forward to more teaming/collaborations with McKinstry in the near future.

1st QTR ‘09 – University of Puget Sound Tacoma, WA CCT is currently finishing up a construction project for UPS on the new Facilities Service Complex, new facilities housing the Facilities Department featuring Tridium AX and BACnet field controllers.
